The changing of the season reminds us that time continues marching on, with each turn of the calendar page bringing us closer to the day we’ll finally be able to call The Carnegie home and our newfound friends “neighbors.”
We’re thrilled to share that our Development team has tentatively set July 7, 2024 as the first day residents will be able to move into The Carnegie. While that date is subject to change, it is reassuring to see the building and its elegant finishes – conceptualized on paper more than three years ago – take shape, giving us a glimpse into the truly elevated lifestyle you will enjoy as a valued Kisco Signature resident.
Here are just a few of the milestones our construction crew has recently completed or made progress on:
- Trellis installed and fireplace underway on the Independent Living outdoor terrace
- Accent wall completed in the Forge & Fire Private Dining Room
- Progress on the wraparound wood bar in Whitfield’s Lounge
- Statement light fixtures installed in Whitfield’s restaurant
