The Carnegie at Washingtonian Center began welcoming residents in summer 2024, offering a full continuum of desirable lifestyle options from spacious, well-appointed Independent Living residences to Assisted Living and Memory Care.

The Carnegie at Washingtonian Center is currently under construction and is not licensed by the Maryland Department of Health, Office of Health Care Quality (“OHCQ”). Upon completion of construction, The Carnegie will apply to OHCQ for a license to operate as an Assisted Living Residence. The anticipated opening is Fall 2024.
