The Carnegie at Washingtonian Center is currently under construction and is not licensed by the Maryland Department of Health, Office of Health Care Quality (“OHCQ”). Upon completion of construction, The Carnegie will apply to OHCQ for a license to operate as an Assisted Living Residence. The anticipated opening is Fall 2024.
